Docs use consistent evidence states across UI, visuals, and exports.

• Direct: supported by retained source evidence.
• Inferred: reasoned from adjacent evidence and shown with limits.
• Absent: not observed in retained sources.
• Unsupported: not supported enough for a review-ready claim.
• Warning: needs caution before interpretation.
• Contradiction: conflicts with another source or interpretation.
• Uncalibrated: parser or claim needs validation-gate review.
